This Privacy Policy explains how Ride Motor Company ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you submit a credit application through ridefinancing.ca.

When you complete our financing application, we collect:

your name, email address, phone number, and home (and previous home) address;
your date of birth and Social Insurance Number (SIN);
employment and financial details (employer, position, income, monthly housing payment);
information about the vehicle or loan type you are interested in;
technical details such as your browser, time zone, and how you reached our site (including any salesperson link you used).

How We Use Your Information

to assess your application and match you with financing options;
to submit your application to lenders and finance partners who can approve your credit request;
to contact you about your application, by phone, text, or email;
to keep a record of applications as required by our lenders and by law.

By submitting the application you authorize us to obtain credit reports about you and to share your application information with lenders and finance partners for the purpose of seeking credit approval, as described in the certification on the application form.

How We Protect Your Information

Your Social Insurance Number is encrypted (AES-256) before it is stored, and access to it is restricted. Our forms are served over HTTPS. We retain application records only as long as needed to service your application and meet legal obligations.

Third-Party Processors

We use trusted service providers to operate this site and process applications, including our customer-relationship and workflow platforms and our data hosting providers. Where personal information may be processed outside Canada, we use contractual safeguards to protect it. Facebook reviews embedded on our pages are subject to Facebook's own privacy policy.
